年末年始期間のご注文および商品発送に関しまして、下記の通りご案内させていただきます。
年内最終出荷：12月29日(日)
年末年始休業期間：12月30日(月) 〜 1月3日(金)
▼年内出荷をご希望の場合
20223年12月29日(日) 13:00頃までのご注文は、年内に出荷致します。
※コンビニ支払のお客様は12月29日(日) 13:00までにお支払いください。
※銀行振込のお客様は12月27日(金) 15:00までにお振込、お支払いください。
※年末年始は、交通混雑などが予測されます。
お届けが遅れる場合がございますので予めご了承ください。
12月29日(日) 13:00 〜 1月3日(金)までのご注文は、2024年1月4日(土)以降の発送となります。
ご注文は24時間受け付けております。
■カスタマーサポートも12月30日(月) 〜 1月3日(金)までお休みとなりますため、年末年始期間にいただいたお問い合わせにつきましては、1月4日(土)以降に順次ご連絡させていただきます。

We would like to inform you of the following information regarding orders and product shipment during the year-end and New Year holidays.
Last shipment before the end of the year: December 29 (Sun.)
Year-end and New Year holidays: December 30 (Mon.) - January 3 (Fri.)
If you wish to ship by the end of the year
Orders received by 13:00, December 29, 20223 (Sun.) will be shipped by the end of the year.
Convenience store payment customers must pay by 13:00 on December 29(Sun.), 20223.
Bank transfer customers must transfer and pay by 15:00 on December 27 (Fri.).
Please note that there may be traffic congestion during the year-end and New Year's holidays.
Please note that delivery may be delayed.
Orders placed between December 29 (Sun.) 12:00 and January 3 (Fri.) will be shipped on or after January 4 (Sat.), 2024.
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
Customer support will also be closed from December 30 (Mon.) through January 3 (Fri.), so we will contact you on or after January 4 (Sat.) for any inquiries received during the year-end and New Year holidays.
